Every Lighten The Load relationship begins with a thoughtful discovery process.

I am personally involved at the outset, listening closely, asking the right questions, and helping surface needs that often have not been fully articulated. From there, a detailed client profile is created to ensure clarity and continuity.

Clients are then paired with a dedicated personal concierge, someone who becomes familiar with their preferences, routines, and priorities, and serves as their primary point of contact.
Behind the scenes, our broader team brings specific skill sets, strong attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset. Together, we work collaboratively to anticipate needs, solve problems, and handle the day-to-day with care and consistency.
